Ordering Method

SkyBase products can be purchased through our re-sellers, from our Grande Prairie location, directly from our website, by email sales.skybase@gmail.com, or by phone 1-87-PATCHMAP 1-780-814-2130. For online orders please see shipping restrictions below. Approved payment methods include Mastercard, Visa or Paypal. SkyBase will also create an account for preferred and repeat customers to invoice a purchase. To invoice a purchase, customer must provide company ID# and a valid Purchase Order#. No item will be shipped or released to a customer prior to payment approval.

Volume Discounts

SkyBase is happy to offer discounts on all of our software. Volume discounts will apply to orders of 2 or more of the same product. Volume discounts are only available through our store direct. Please contact our sales department for a quote. 1-87-PATCHMAP 1-780-814-2130. Unfortunately due to the limitations of PayPal online, volume discounts will not be applied to online orders.

Shipping Procedures

SkyBase relies on the services of Canada Post, Express Post, FedEx, Purolator and Greyhound. We seek the best possible option for both competitive price and expedited shipping of our products on an individual basis. We ship Monday – Friday with the exception of statutory holidays. Our goal is to ship all orders COMPLETE within 24 hours (Monday through Friday, except statutory holidays); same business day is our aim if the order is approved for shipping by 1:00 PM* Mountain Time. Orders approved after this cut-off time may be shipped the same day. We will email you a receipt of your order with a tracking number enclosed. If your order includes an item that is not in stock, your order will be held for COMPLETE shipment as soon as the item becomes available.

Online Orders

SkyBase ships Monday – Friday with the exception of statutory holidays. All online software orders will be processed and shipped through Canada Post. If you have a preference for shipping, would like to provide your own shipping account number to eliminate shipping costs, or have other special request in regards to shipment of your order, please do not complete online order. Please contact our Sales Department at 1-87-PATCHMAP or 1-780-814-2130 for customized service. Please note that your Ship To address be correct or we will not be able to ship your order. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address and returned, additional shipping cost to the customer will incur.

Return Policy

GPS Units: All Garmin GPS units are sold with a One Year Limited Warranty issued through Garmin. If you have purchased a defective GPS unit, or damaged your GPS unit please return it to SkyBase Solutions. We will happily complete the necessary arrangements to have it sent for repair or replacement. Customer will be required to cover any shipping costs associated with this exchange. Units will be inspected, if there is an additional cost associated with the repair, SkyBase will contact the customer prior to the repair to collect payment. Please review the coverage of your unit warranty as some repairs are not considered a warranty issue. If you have any questions with regards to your warranty please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

SkyBase Solutions Software: Any issues with SkyBase Software must be brought to the attention of the SkyBase Sales team withing 15 days of purchase. Due to limitations in security of software sales, we may not be able to issue a refund on all software. Returns will be granted at the discretion of SkyBase Solutions Management. We pride ourselves on integrity and will always work with you to find the best possible solution. Defective units such as SD Cards or installation DVD’s must be returned to SkyBase Solutions and will be replaced free of charge. No replacement will be issued until original purchase has been returned. SkyBase is only able to issue an exchange or refund to the customer whose name appears on the original sales receipt. Physically damaged product will only be replaced if verification of validity is possible. If an SD card is broken and SkyBase is unable to verify it is in fact our product no return or refund will be granted.

Stolen or Misplaced Products: SkyBase Solutions is not able to refund or replace units that have been misplaced or stolen. It is the responsibility of the customer to safeguard their purchase. Protect your purchase, keep your GPS and SD card in a safe, locked location. SkyBase is happy to provide the necessary documentation needed for an insurance claim.
